The North-Korean APT group 'Ruby Sleet' (fka. 'Cerium') broke into the networks of a Russian aerospace research institute in March 2023, according to a Microsoft report from September 2023. The incident is suspected to form part of a larger campaign by North-Korean threat actors focused on collecting defence-related intelligence in Russia.
