on approximately October 26, 2016, when a person visited the website of the South American Bank, the person's computer was directed to request data from that same compromised domain. Thus, while in Poland and Mexico the subjects used a regulatory authority's website as a watering hole, in the South American country it appears that the subjects used an individual bank's website as the watering hole.
