Annex 68, 8): “In another example, a DPRK IT worker was involved with the development and deployment of various smart contracts, including for cross-chain bridges. The DPRK IT worker purported to be a citizen from the Western Hemisphere when obtaining freelance jobs with cryptocurrency platforms, possibly using his access to enable future exploitation (hacking) of the smart contracts to steal funds.”
