(MSMT/2025/2, report p. 85-86) “A Pakistan-based entity, The Solutions Tree, and a Pakistan-based forger, Syeda Aliya Batool Zaidi, have provided DPRK IT workers with fraudulent passports and other fraudulent identification documents frequently since at least 2021. ... DPRK IT workers have paid for these fraudulent credentials using Ethereum and USDC cryptocurrency and through payment platforms like Payoneer.”
